Grünau is a tiny town situated in the southern region of Namibia, 140km north of Noordoewer, the southern border post to South Africa.
Grünau Chalets offers a perfect stop-over for tourists travelling between Namibia and South Africa. After a long drive, you can take a refreshing shower, light a campfire and sip on a cold drink while experiencing the beautiful Namibian sunset.

With two Double Rooms, two Family Rooms, and four campsites, we have options to suit every traveler’s needs. Caravan enthusiasts will delight in our well-appointed park, complete with a private ablution area.
Grünau Chalets are conveniently situated next to the Shell fuel station on the Southern B1 highway. Besides its easy accessibility, Grünau Chalets also offer comprehensive security, being surrounded by an electric fence with a supervisor on duty to receive guests on a 24 hour basis.
We offer 12 en-suite self-catering open-plan rooms and have the following options:

We also offer 4 well equipped camping-sites.
Each campsite is well designed with its own ablution facilities, a shower and toilet, power point, barbeque and wash-up area.
